These terms govern your use of qrcafee. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
qrcafee provides a hosted, free digital menu tool for small food businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or misleading, and not to use qrcafee to host content unrelated to a food menu. You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu information you publish.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.
Your content
You keep ownership of the menu items and photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to host and display that content as part of running the service for you. You can delete your content at any time.
Disclaimers
qrcafee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qrcafee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months — which, for most users, is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which qrcafee is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
